A. Eligibility for Returns

To maintain the highest standards of clinical hygiene, return eligibility is categorized as follows:

• Dental Instruments: Can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and include all tags/accessories.

• Medicines & Consumables: Due to safety regulations, these items are non-returnable once the original manufacturer's seal is broken, unless the product is expired or recalled.

• Electronics/Equipment: Subject to the specific manufacturer’s warranty. Please inspect these items immediately upon delivery.

B. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team (usually within 48 hours), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Bank, or Credit Card).

• Timeline: In compliance with Bangladesh Digital Commerce Guidelines, refunds are typically completed within 7 to 10 working days.

C. Return Shipping

• Defective/Wrong Items: If we sent the wrong item or the product is defective, Bekfah covers 100% of the return shipping costs.

• Change of Mind: If you wish to return a non-defective instrument, the customer is responsible for the return delivery charges.

D. Non-Refundable Situations

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

• Items purchased during a "Clearance Sale" or "Special Flash Deal" (unless defective).
