• Order Timing: The "1-hour clock" begins once the order is "Confirmed" by our dispatch team, not from the moment of checkout.

• Availability: Orders placed after 7:00 PM may be scheduled for first-priority delivery the following morning.

4. Returns & Replacement Policy

5. Payment Terms

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), mobile financial services (bKash/Nagad), and bank transfers.

• For large-scale clinic setups, credit terms must be pre-approved by our finance department.
