The MANI® K-File (#90–140) in 31 mm is the largest and longest hand instrument available in the MANI K-file range. These files combine maximum diameter with maximum length, specifically engineered for treating teeth with exceptionally long roots (such as canines) that also have wide canals. They are used for the final cleaning, shaping, and apical seat preparation of large canal systems.
